Composer, arranger, educator (among others, as lecturer at the Chopin University of Music), doctor of musical arts, member of the Society of Authors ZAiKS. Since June 2022, the chairwoman of the Management Board of Section A.
Her music draws from different genres and styles, such as chamber, symphonic, electronic, theatre, film music, and multimedia works. Her compositions have been performed in Poland and abroad (Lithuania, Croatia, Ukraine, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Germany, France, Sweden, Belgium, Japan). She is a laureate of Polish and international composers’ competitions. In 2016, she obtained a scholarship from the ministerial Young Poland program, which among others made the publication of her debut record possible.
Anna Maria Huszcza’s works were published on ten records, including Paweł Gusnar’s Saxophone Varie (2013), awarded with a Fryderyk in 2014, and the monographic album wydziwiAnka (2016/2017).
