Recruitment of tasks

Dear all,
we inform you that the call for scientific and publishing tasks for 2025 has been launched. The procedure is done through the website: https://forms.office.com/e/4bEGXggNGt.

Below are the actions that should be undertaken by a research and teaching staff member as well as by the department head.

Research-focused academic staff (assistant, associate professor, professor):
1. Gets familiar with the document "Requirements for obtaining a positive opinion of the Academic Council".
2. Gets familiar with the instructions on how to save and edit the form responses contained on forms.office.com. The best is to keep the instructions open while completing the survey.
3. Completes and submits the form "Task and financial plan 2025 – EMPLOYER” - the procedure is done through the website: https://forms.office.com/e/4bEGXggNGt.
4. The deadline for the employee to submit the form is December 10th, 2024.

Head of Department:
1. Gets familiar with the document “Reviewing Scientific Plans”
2. From the staff of the Publishing Department or the Department of Science and Academic Advancement, he receives tasks submitted by the department's employees (the form "Task and financial plan 2025 – EMPLOYER) and the document “ [CHAIR NAME]”Task and financial plan 2025 – DIRECTOR based on which they evaluate the department's task and financial plan for 2025.
3. Prints, signs and submits at the administrative office of Vice Rector for Scholarly Affairs.

4. The deadline for the department’s director to submit the form is December 20th, 2024.
